NO EXCUSES NOVEMBER

Hi beautiful woman,

I want to tell you a story today about how I went from struggling through menopause to ushering in this change with gentleness & appreciation.

Mine went like this:

  1. Hot flashes that took me from HOT to FREEZING at any given moment
  2. Night sweats that left the bed soaked
  3. A stubborn belly that looked like I was expecting, except I wasn’t
  4. The craziest mood swings ever… I was like a wild animal.

I come from a long line of women who had difficult menopause.

Plus, I wasn’t taking the best care of myself – not eating the right foods, sleeping sometimes, not exercising consistently.

I kept feeling MORE tired and MORE out of it no matter what I tried.

Then, I finally went to the doctor, and she ran tests. She told me that my menopause hormones were unbalanced.

That was the a-ha moment.

I realized that I had to change.

I worked hard to implement positive lifestyle, food, and self-relationship changes. I got support from a coach and a team of wonderful women.

It paid off. Today, I have:

  1. More energy
  2. NO hot flashes at all, or much weaker ones
  3. A happier body
  4. More confidence

I’m in alignment with my life today… My body is flowering into the next phase of life beautifully.
