**It’s hard for me to put this out there because I don’t really share many personal things about me, but I am just so excited that how can I not share it with you? As many of you know I have been in the Health and Wellness field for a long time. I truly believe in total wellness, which includes healthy eating, fitness, mindset, self-care, and more. I try to lead by example, but I have a confession to make. I must admit most of this is good for me, however, starting exercise is a challenge for me. I love doing it and feel great afterward but getting motivated is an issue.
Many of you know my story of how I became a Health Coach, but for those of you who don’t, let me tell you. Fourteen and half years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 3B Cervical Cancer. I was given two years to live. That was not an option for me. I had young kids and didn’t want them growing up without their mom and I had more life to live. After looking at my life, I realized that there were many things that contributed to my body breaking down, things I probably could have changed if I paid attention to them. One day, on the radiation table, I had this epiphany that I wanted to help women put their health first, take care of themselves, and become the best version of themselves. After two years passed and I was doing ok, I enrolled in Health Coaching school and have never looked back. I took charge of my own health and made lots of changes. Today, I am thriving and feel great.
My mission in sharing all of this is to simply empower and inspire as many women as I can to be the best, healthiest version of themselves. I want to remind all you beautiful women out there that are not about perfection, but consistent progress. It IS about loving your whole, authentic self from the inside-out and never apologizing for “falling off” but celebrating victory to the commitment to be better every day. Everyone is on their own journey, but you must start somewhere.
I have teamed up with an amazing company that has the same values as me regarding health and fitness. They promote healthy eating, fitness, mindset, accountability and were created to change lives. I joined them mostly for accountability in my exercise program but found so much more. It has been proven that when you are accountable to someone, you are more apt to achieve your goals.
On that note, I am running 3-week fitness and nutrition challenge starting on the 15th of August. This is completely virtual, but you will have support and accountability from me and the other women in this group to help you achieve your goals.
Are you ready to join me in transforming your body and your health?
I’m looking for 5 women who can commit to 3 weeks of:
Eating healthy
Exercising for 30 min/day
Personal development
Accountability
Group Coaching
