Let me introduce myself. My name is Audrey Dworak. I am a Women’s Lifestyle Coach, Integrative Nutritional Health Coach and Culinary Nutritional Expert. I help Perimenopausal women rid themselves of life-disrupting symptoms, so that they can feel alive, renewed and energized to live the life they dream of living.
