Hello beautiful woman!

My name is Audrey Dworak.  Are you feeling the affects of Menopause? Weight gain, brain fog, anxiety, moodiness, hot flashes and more?  I could go on, but I’m sure you get the picture. 

These symptoms occur when your hormones are out of balance. A woman’s body is profoundly affected by her hormones cycle, especially the fluctuation of estrogen. Your body also makes and uses many other kinds of hormones that affect other aspects of your health from your energy level, weight, mood and much more. 

So how do your hormones get unbalanced? There are many factors including what you eat and your lifestyle. Since you know that, you can now start to address those areas. 

When I was younger, my hormones were really out of balance. I ate tons of carbs (the bad kind) had bad acne, was very moody and could not lose weight. My health suffered and was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer 13 years ago. I was put into early menopause and experienced many of the symptoms that you may be experiencing now, including hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, weight gain and anxiety.  I changed my lifestyle and other areas of my health, and in turn changed my life. I am more even tempered, lost and maintained my weight for 13 years now, get complimented on my skin all the time and feel great.  

I decided at that point, I wanted to guide Perimenopausal women, like you, to rid themselves of those life-disrupting symptoms,  so that they feel great and lead healthy, vibrant, amazing lives.

I truly believe that is possible for you.
