Hello beautiful woman! My name is Audrey Dworak. Many women put themselves on the back burner for self-care, health and many times, happiness. They also don’t address the stress that is affecting them daily. All these factors affect your overall health including how severe your menopausal symptoms will be.

I know I was guilty of this for a long time. My health suffered and was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer almost 13 years ago. I was put into early menopause and experienced many of the symptoms that you may be experiencing now, such as hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog and weight gain. I changed careers and in turn changed my health and my life. I decided at that point, I wanted to guide perimenopausal women and beyond to get healthy, listen to their bodies, and take time for themselves so that they can lead healthy, amazing lives.
