My name is Audrey Dworak. Are you feeling the affects of Perimenopause? Weight gain, brain fog, anxiety, moodiness, hot flashes and more? I could go on, but I’m sure you get the picture.
These symptoms occur when your hormones are out of balance. A woman’s body is profoundly affected by her hormones cycle, especially the fluctuation of estrogen. When I was younger, my hormones were really out of balance. I ate tons of carbs (the bad kind) had bad acne, was very moody and could not lose weight. My health suffered and was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer 14 years ago. I was put into early menopause and experienced many of the symptoms that you may be experiencing now, including hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, weight gain and anxiety. I changed my lifestyle and other areas of my health, and in turn changed my life. I am more even tempered, lost and maintained my weight for 14 years now, get complimented on my skin all the time and feel great.
I decided at that point, I wanted to guide Perimenopausal women, like you, balance your hormones, so that they you can go from feeling fatigued, bloated, moody, “hot and more to feeling vibrant, renewed and energized.

Life is filled with many stressful challenges and obstacles. For me, my challenge was my health which caused me great stress. I had struggled with excessive weight gain and continued to watch my cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose inch upward. Although, currently in good health my physician had concerns about harmful health issues I could face in the future. I needed something or someone to inspire me to take action, something I hadn’t been able to do on my own.
When everything seemed out of reach and so overwhelming for me, I met Audrey. Audrey inspired me to take action and reminded me to think about what was most important in my life.
