Do you have the desire to change? To make healthier habits in your life. 

Over 30 days, you will be focusing on one healthy habit that you want to improve on. We will work together to help you achieve those goals. Some examples are to start eating healthier, get into or back into an exercise routine, and practicing mindfulness. 

You will be amazed at what you can accomplish in just 30 days.

Adopt one new healthy habit this month. We will work together to make this a reality.

Plan out your new, healthy habit and really making it achievable.

Focusing on how habits actually work. By understanding how habits work, we’ll be able to make these changes in our everyday lives.

Integrating your new habit into your life. We’re going to look at how this new habit can change your life and what it feels like.

Hey there! I'm Audrey Dworak. I am an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, Culinary Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist.

I specialize in women’s health and I help Perimenopausal women rid themselves of life-disrupting symptoms so they can have more energy, love their bodies and feel vibrant again.

Thank you for providing such an educational coaching session(s). You have not only helped me along the way but encouraging me! Even though I have had previous educational experience, you help remind me of tips for meeting my goals. If i am offered coaching again, I definitely will "hit" the "stop button" and ask for you!
